From traditional involute gears to sophisticated planetary internal gears, cycloidal gears, and complex hyperboloid paraboloid umbrella gears, Zhongda independently develops and manufactures a wide spectrum of gears. This capacity emphasises Zhongda's adaptability and technical know-how in gear production, therefore enabling the firm to provide precisely tailored solutions for a range of uses.
With two totally automated heat treatment production lines, ten nitriding treatment units, and two high-frequency quenching systems, Zhongda can provide the heat treatment needs for a wide spectrum of materials, including steel, 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, aluminium, and cast iron. These facilities help the company to offer complete heat treatment solutions, therefore improving the performance and lifetime of important components.
From reputable companies such Makino, Tsugami, and Brother, Zhongda has introduced over 200 medium-to-high-end machine tools. Based on internationally respected brands like Bühler and Lijin, Zhongda boasts premium aluminium die-casting equipment with tonnages ranging from 100T to 840T. The company runs four Mazak automatic flexible processing production lines, over 100 high-end processing centres, and two spray moulding lines. From die casting and spraying to machining, this all-encompassing configuration guarantees flawless running of the whole manufacturing process.
Zhongda's motor parts processing capabilities include six high-speed punching machines ranging in capacity from 40T to 330T, as well as over 100 specialised machines such as winding, embedding, shaping, terminating, and dipping. From punching sheets and winding to assembly and testing, the company separately runs the whole manufacturing cycle for motor rotors and stators.
