Brushless DC Gear Motor

The structure of brushless motors is different from that of traditional brush motors. While the brush motor connects the rotor coil to the output shaft and uses permanent magnet for the stator, our brushless DC gear motor features a rotor made of permanent magnet connected to the output shaft, eliminating the need for brushes. Encased within this high-performance motor lies a permanent magnet, making it a powerful and efficient option for those seeking compact yet powerful solutions. Additionally, integrated sensors continuously monitor the motor speed, ensuring consistent performance across various load conditions, maintaining a constant speed as commanded.

Available in frame sizes from 60mm to 120mm, our brushless motors have power ratings ranging from 15W to 750W. They support voltages of 24V, 48V, and 220V with reduction ratios between 3K and 200K. Our gearboxes can be paired with parallel shaft, right-angle, and L-type reducers for optimized transmission efficiency.
