Brush DC Gear Motor

The Zhongda brush DC gear motor combines a standard DC motor with an integrated gear reduction box. This gear reduction feature allows for lower rotational speeds and greater torque, enhancing its suitability for various applications in the automation industry.

The integrated form of the gear reduction system and motor, often referred to as a gear motor, simplifies design and saves space. Different from brushless DC motors, this unit employs brushes to facilitate the flow of electrical current and voltage. Available in multiple frame sizes (60, 70, 80, 90, 104mm) and power ratings from 6W to 300W, this versatile brush DC gear motor supports voltage ranges from 12 to 220VDC and reduction ratios from 3K to 200K.

This brush motor is particularly useful in electronics, barrier equipment, entertainment devices, and medical equipment. Both parallel shaft and right-angle gear reducers can be paired with this motor.
